Payment in store

You can pay by pos or cash in our store if you have chosen to collect from it.

 

Pay on delivery

Upon receipt of the products you have ordered, you pay the amount owed to the distributor who brought you the order, so simply and safely.

In case you choose payment via CASH ON DELIVERY, you are charged an additional €1.90, which is the courier’s fee for managing the payment.

For purchases over €150, it is not possible to pay by cash on delivery. In these cases the respective transaction needs to be paid by deposit/transfer or by credit/debit card or PayPal.

For your deposits at the banks ALPHA BANK, EUROBANK ERGASIAS & NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE it is necessary to inform us either by phone at 2610 274229 or via facebook: Kallistros Underwear Patra or via email at info@kallistros.gr. Your order cannot be shipped before your bank deposit appears in our bank accounts. Any deposit fees from another bank, e.g. Piraeus charge the customer.

 

Pay by card via Paypal or pay using your Paypal account.

All credit and debit cards are accepted through PayPal.

The company Panagiotis Kallistros has concluded agreements with the largest banking organizations in Greece, such as Alpha Bank, for the use of their systems, thus maintaining the highest possible level of security. We inform you that for even greater security reasons, the first time you use your card on our online store you may be asked to send a copy of your identity card as well as the card you used for the transaction (with only the last 4 digits of the front number visible side and with the details of the three-digit CVV security code on the back side covered).

Security of transactions

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
