Panagiotis Kallistros company sells branded men’s and women’s underwear, swimwear and accessories. The company was founded in 1902, with their first shop at the center of Patras. Today it has two physical stores at the center of Patras, 1st store: Korinthou 255 and 2nd store: Agiou Nikolaou 18 and the corresponding eshop https://kallistros.gr.

Panagiotis Kallistros, the company that created the website www.kallistros.gr, offers its services under the following terms of use, which the visitor/user of the website is invited to read carefully and to visit/use the pages/services of www.kallistros.gr only if you fully accept them.

GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Panagiotis Kallistros company provides visitors/users of the website www.kallistros.gr with a rich collection of e-commerce services, in accordance with the provisions of current national legislation (P.D. 131/2003) and the european law. Kallistros.gr provides its users with membership services, upon acceptance of the website’s terms of use and completion of the registration process. Excluded is the case of the individual storage of a single copy of part of the content on a simple personal computer, for personal and not public or commercial use and without erasing the indication of their origin from www.kallistros.gr, without affecting in any way the related intellectual and industrial property rights. PURCHASES PREPARATION PROCEDURE – PURCHASES FILE

When purchasing from the online store, the company keeps the customer’s information for updating him/her about the stages of hir/her order and other important news. PRICE & TRANSPORT COSTS – VAT

Shipping costs for orders within Greece vary depending on the height and weight of the customer’s order.

Transport costs may change due to special conditions (overweight, bulky package, etc.) and are finalized with the approval of the customer/user. The prices of the products include the applicable VAT.

RIGHT OF UNILATERAL AMENDMENT

The company Panagiotis Kallistros reserves the right to modify, at any time and without warning, unilaterally the content and data presented on www.kallistros.gr.

LAW AND OTHER TERMS

The above terms and conditions of use of www.kallistros.gr, as well as any modification, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties. Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.
